Our editorial approach
We start with a simple distinction: buying exposure is not the same as creating value for fans. Exposure may be a legitimate objective, but it should not be confused with usefulness, trust or commercial impact. Each fieldnote follows that distinction from the first audience hypothesis to the final report.
Our examples describe possible approaches. Unless an article explicitly identifies a documented campaign and its source, an example is a planning scenario rather than a claim about work we have delivered. We do not invent client results, proprietary benchmarks or endorsements.
Sources before certainty
