Privacy policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you read the site, use the local brief sheet or contact us.

Who is responsible

Quvelioventur Media Ltd is responsible for personal information it processes in connection with quvelioventur.cyou. Our registered office is 18 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 X361, Ireland; company no. 742816. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries.

The browser-only brief sheet

The brief-sheet tool constructs a plain-text preview in your browser. Its code does not submit field contents to us, store them in localStorage or send them to an analytics service. Copy places the preview on your device’s clipboard when permission is available. Download creates a text file on your device. You control any later sharing of that text.

Browser features, such as autofill or session restoration, may retain information independently of this tool. Avoid entering sensitive or confidential information, particularly on a shared device.

Email and correspondence

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, handle editorial corrections and keep necessary correspondence records. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the publication and responding to enquiries. Where a request concerns a potential contract, steps taken at your request before a contract may also be relevant.

Please do not send sensitive personal data, passwords or personal information about other people unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.

Technical information

Requests to deliver a website necessarily involve technical information such as an IP address, requested resource and browser details. Hosting and security providers may process access or error logs to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service. Our legitimate interests are maintaining a reliable and secure publication.

The site’s own scripts contain no advertising trackers, analytics beacons or third-party embeds. Images, styles and scripts are served as local site resources. For browser storage information, see the Cookies policy.

Service providers and sharing

Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the site and manage correspondence. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information. If processing involves a transfer outside the EEA, applicable data protection safeguards must be used, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual clauses.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to address the enquiry, maintain an appropriate record or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any continuing dispute or legal requirement. Technical records should be kept only for operational and security needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and exemptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your relevant supervisory authority. Contacting us first is welcome but is not a condition of making a complaint.

External websites and changes

Following an external source link takes you to a separate website with its own policies. This policy does not govern those services. We may update this page as the site or its processing changes; the effective date will be revised where appropriate.
